Mytona Fntastic Limited (MFL) is suing an administrative court in Korea in a trademark dispute. South Korean developer is ready to protect his application, reports @yakutia_kp.
Previously @yakutia_kp reported that the conflict between the Yakut developers began because of the name. The title of the game The Day Before has been copyrighted. The Day Before app was released in 2010. It allows you to track the schedule and calculate dates. It has over 10 million downloads. Because of this application, Yakut developers received a complaint on Steam and YouTube. The copyright holder complained that Fntastic illegally used their proprietary title The Day Before and demanded that the game be removed from Mytona and Fntastic.
“We currently hold trademark rights in Korea, the United States, China, Russia, Japan, Vietnam, and the European Union,” says the South Korean developer.
