The lawsuit has been submitted since March 23, 2022. For the registration of her divorce suit, the mother of three registered it through her legal representative.

Before deciding to divorce, Rieta Amalia married Gideon Tengker in 1985. She was blessed with three children, namely Rio Tengker, Nagita Slavina, and Alsi Mega Marsha Tengker.
