In Rostov-on-Don, part of a house collapsed. The governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev spoke about this. Earlier it was reported that the wall was partially damaged, which led to the evacuation of residents.

“In a dilapidated house on the street. Narimanov, 72/3, the first entrance collapsed. Fortunately, no one was hurt, since the residents were evacuated the day before,” wrote Vasily Golubev in his telegram channel. The building is now cordoned off and work is underway to move residents to other apartments.
The evacuation began late in the evening of January 27. Then the wall of the house partially collapsed. 80 residents left their apartments.
Four years ago this building was declared unsafe. The residents were already offered another house, but they refused.
