NNA – Baalbek – The Syndicate of Owners of Institutions and Shops in the Bekaa, in cooperation with the Association of the Lebanese Center for Cultural Development, organized, within the activities of the Shopping and Tourism Festival, the “Carnival of Joy for Children” on the sidewalks of the central market in Baalbek.
The carnival included artistic paintings, educational and cultural activities, and the distribution of gifts for the participating children.
Festival director Amer Hajj Hassan affirmed that “the Syndicate was determined not to miss the festival this summer despite the difficult and harsh conditions that our country is going through in general, and the Bekaa and Baalbek-Hermel in particular. And the rest of our dear region.”
