Navodaya Cultural Center organized the 93rd National Day of Saudi Arabia in the Eastern Province with elaborate celebrations.
Celebration programs were organized at regional level in Dammam, Khobar, Alhassa and Jubail and in 5 centers including Rahima area.
Along with the Saudi national flag, the Indian national flag, the women and children of the Navodaya flag were lined up. The expatriate community participated in the celebration by distributing sweets, procession, car rally, flying pigeons and releasing colorful balloons.
Hundreds of people including Navodaya Kendra-Area-Unit leaders and general public participated in the various centers where the program was organized.
Sainuddin Kodungallur and Nandini Mohan, Navodaya patrons of Dammam region, participated. Navodaya Patron of Kobar Region Pawanan Moolakeel inaugurated and Central Women’s Vedi Convenor Rashmi Ramachandran and Shamim Nanath participated.
In Jubail Region, Navodaya President Laxmanan Kandampath, Kudumbavedi Central Secretary Umesh Kalarikal, Shahida Shanawaz and others participated.
Al Hassa area was led by Navodaya patron Hanifa Muwatupuzha and Jayaprakash. Jayan Mezhuveli and Suja Jayan also led the celebrations held at Rahima area.
