NBA – Foot Injury: One month NBA break for Harden

Cologne (SID) – NBA star James Harden will most likely be absent from the Philadelphia 76ers for a month due to a foot injury. This is reported by some US media unanimously. Accordingly, the 33-year-old Harden suffered the injury on Wednesday in the loss to the Washington Wizards. There was initially no official confirmation.

James Harden, nicknamed “The Beard” for his abundant facial hair, has played all nine games of the season for the 76ers. With an average of 22 points, ten assists and seven rebounds, he was one of the top performers.

After the mixed start to the season for the ambitious 76ers (four wins, five losses), an even greater burden will now rest on Harden’s co-star Joel Embiid in the coming weeks. The 2.13 m tall center from Cameroon has also been struggling with injuries more frequently.
