following public revelations that Klein engaged in a six-month marital affair.
The bitter exchange marks a sharp collision between two prominent figures who built digital footprints on YouTube before seeing their personal lives unravel under the weight of infidelity scandals. Fulmer, whose own tenure with the Try Guys ended after admitting to a workplace affair, seized on the timing as Klein faced a public reckoning.

The “H3 Podcast” was placed on an indefinite hiatus as the production crew rallied around Hila. The team stated they were shocked, angry, and heartbroken
upon learning of the ongoing affair and unanimously agreed to sever all professional ties with Ethan.
Hila Klein described a prolonged period of manipulation, noting that initial suspicions were met with dismissive answers before the full truth emerged. It was just a kiss’ became ‘it was emotional cheating,
Hila wrote, detailing how she eventually forced an admission of a six-month affair from her husband. The couple, who launched H3H3 Productions together in 2011 and started their podcast in late 2016, share three children.

Public Retaliation From Prior Scandals
The swift public pile-on included Ned Fulmer, who previously faced online scrutiny when his own infidelity prompted his expulsion from the Try Guys. Taking to X on October 25, 2026, Fulmer explicitly criticized Ethan Klein, pointing out the hypocrisy of Klein’s past condemnations of unfaithful creators. Klein had previously commented on the Try Guys’ cheating scandal, saying he hates men who are not faithful to the mother of their kids.
Ethan Klein can f* all the way off,
Fulmer wrote in his initial post, following up shortly after with the remark, Karma’s a b**, huh?
As the podcast team and the broader digital community process the separation and co-parenting navigation ahead, the future of the YouTube institution remains entirely uncertain.
