Vienna (OTS) – A basic care facility for 90 displaced people from Ukraine opened in Hietzing today. In the former Rosenhügel neurological center, adults and families are cared for by the Red Cross. District spokeswoman Steffi Krisper is very pleased: “It is nice that families who urgently need help are being welcomed into Hietzing. You will get to know the friendliness of the Hietzing population and will definitely feel at home in Hietzing.” Since the beginning of Russia’s war of aggression, NEOS has been on the side of Ukraine, which not only defends itself, but also the rule of law and democracy. By helping the refugees, our country can now demonstrate solidarity in concrete terms. “Thank you to everyone who makes this possible,” said Krisper, who, as a member of the National Council, is also a spokeswoman for asylum.
