Nestlé, 7 thousand euro bonus in Italian factories and offices in three years

In the Nestlé group, the amount for the production bonus for headquarters and factory workers for 2023 has been defined: it can reach up to 2,750 euros, the highest amount ever. If we consider the last three years, on average the workers of the multinational have received around 7 thousand euros in bonuses.

This is a recognition due to the results achieved last year, as explained by the president and CEO of the group in Italy, Marco Travaglia: «Our people represent the heart of our company and the fulcrum around which our business model revolves – underlines the manager -. Well-being and happiness in the workplace are an absolute priority for us. I am deeply convinced that companies must stand by their people by offering economic support, services and welfare solutions to support them in their daily lives.”

The production bonus comes after the agreement reached with the unions and combines the monetary part with the possibility of using different types of services and welfare solutions. Thanks to the flexible benefits platform, workers will be able to download vouchers to use for the purchase of various goods and services, choosing to convert part of the performance bonus, including the relevant contribution quota, into welfare credit. The production bonus comes alongside various other tools such as Fab Working, the flexible and balanced smart working model developed by Nestlé, and “Nestlé Baby Leave”, paternity leave or leave for the second caregiver lasting 3 months. Or like Wellnest, the Nestlé Welfare Program, the Group’s new corporate welfare program created to respond and adapt to the new demands of its people. In particular, in this area the Employee Assistance Program was introduced, an assistance service that Nestlé collaborators can use to obtain support for personal problems in areas ranging from family law to housing law.
