Game News Netflix: this series offers a new fighting game on PS5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch

If you like karate movies and series, then you must know Karate Kid. And therefore inevitably Cobrai Kai, the Netflix series which is intended to be the sequel. Know that a brand new video game has just been announced on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch!
The return of the dragon
Cobrai Kai is a series that does not take place in just any universe: it follows on from the legendary Karate Kid films, taking place thirty-four years after the first feature film. We also see the return of Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence, still played by Ralph Macchio and William Zabka, their rivalry being revived with the opening of a new karate club… the Cobra Kai.
Moreover, the film project is a successful one since Netflix recovered the rights to the series in 2020: since then, productivity has been at its peak with a season 3 which occurred last year, a season 4 this very beginning of 2022 and season 5 this week! Inevitably, with this dynamic, the opportunity was all found for a video game, freshly announced on PC PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch with a first trailer.
The fight, nothing but the fight
If we had already been entitled to a first title two years ago called Cobra Kai The Karate Kid Saga Continues, so here’s Cobrai Kai 2 Dojos Risingan action game developed by GameMill Entertainment. And as much to say that it will be a game-changer compared to its predecessor which took the form of an old-school beat them all in 2.5D: here it is a 3d action and fighting game.
Obviously, the heart of the gameplay remains the pure and hard fight with combos to chain and tons of opponents to roll, karate in support. In particular, we can choose our dojo at the start of the adventure, recruit the most suitable team and get involved in a well-armed solo campaign – a multiplayer mode is also planned with several tournaments.
Cobra Kai 2 Dojors Rising is expected for the fall of 2022, without further details for the moment.
