The menu will change, even if regulars will still find a few pizzas and burgers on the menu, to which brasserie dishes will be added. “We would like to work a little more with catering products. “, he said.

If some of the current employees remain in the building, there will be a natural turnover within the staff. The team will be led by Laurent Herzog who managed Le Nénuphar in La Neuveville for fifteen years.
