A new course has been created on an area of 2000 square meters. It is 285 meters long and has a dirt jump area that is more than 400 square meters. The park will be officially opened on Friday, May 26th.
“As a sports city, we have put the focus on the bike this time, and soon the skate park will also be built in the immediate vicinity of the bike park and motor skills park,” reveals Burghausen’s mayor Florian Schneider.
The bike park costs 190,000 euros, 50 percent of which comes from the Leader program of the Free State of Bavaria and the European Agricultural Fund. The new bike park can be found at Berghamer Straße 2.
