Decide which driver to install
NVIDIA’s “GeForce” series has two types of drivers, Game Ready and Studio. Game Ready is for gamers, and for AAA-class titles, the corresponding version will be released at the same time as the release date, and it will be tuned to play the game comfortably, such as quickly responding to patches and DLC.
Studio has been extensively tested with creative applications such as retouching, video editing, and CG rendering to improve performance and reliability.
Both games and creative apps work. It would be a good idea to choose which one you mainly use the PC.
Switchable at any time
On the NVIDIA driver download site, you can select the type of driver to be installed from the “Download type” pull-down menu
If you want to switch drivers, the tool “GeForce Experience” is convenient.You can easily switch by clicking “…” in the upper right of the driver screen
In addition, we also measured performance with each driver this time, but there was not much difference. However, the results are advantageous for each application, and it is worth introducing.
