CTS 2022: companies that do not comply with payment may be fined up to S / 120,000
The National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (Sunafil) may fine companies that do not comply with depositing the concept of compensation for time of service (CTS) to their workers until Monday, May 16 of this year, as stipulated in the current norm.
The amount of the penalty will depend on the type of company and the number of workers affected. Thus, in the case of a small company, the amount of the fine ranges from 0.45 to 4.50 UIT, which ranges between S/ 2,070 and 20,700 soles; and, in the case of non-mype companies, the amount of the penalty ranges from 1.57 to 26.12 UIT, which is equivalent to amounts between S/ 7,222 and S/ 120,152.
