Vienna – The Federation of Industry sees an “objectively unjustifiable additional burden” for domestic entrepreneurs in the planned new ORF law, “some legislative proposals are therefore contrary to the goal of relieving entrepreneurship” and would represent an “unbalanced additional burden”, according to the Federation of Industry in its statement on the ORF law. The IV “expressly” rejects the intended type of assessment basis for the obligation to contribute.
