Investigations revealed a new surprise in the murder of the 8-year-old girl, Rodina Muhammad, in the village of Naga’a Hammadi, north of Qena Governorate.
Major General Ihab Taha, Assistant Minister of the Interior, Director of Qena Security, received a notification about the killing of a child and her burial in the sand, in the district of the village of Naga’a Hammadi, and a security force moved to the site of the accident to examine it.
It was found that Rodina Muhammad Kamel, 8 years old, a student in the second grade of primary school, was killed and buried in the sand on the roof of a house in the village of Al-Najiyah of the Nagaa Hammadi Center, and that behind the commission of the incident, a housewife named “RAW”, in her forties .
During the ongoing investigations into the incident, the list of accused included a new surprise by accusing the two sisters of the main accused, “A” and “S”, of stealing a golden earring from the victim.
Investigations also showed that the victim was lured into the house, and an attempt was made to steal the earring. As soon as she was released, she was strangled until she breathed her last, and was placed inside a mobile phone and buried in the sand on the roof of the house.
The three accused were arrested, a report was issued on the incident, and the investigation authorities were notified, who decided to imprison them for 4 days pending investigations.
