To celebrate the new year, Hessin received a double prison sentence: one year for the possession of cocaine (with a fine of €8,000) and three additional months for not having any residence permit on our territory. At the time of his trial, Hessin had no address and therefore could not be informed of the legal proceedings launched against him. However, he ended up being arrested and sent to prison.
This Friday, facing the Charleroi Criminal Court, the prisoner finally explains. It is in admission of the two accused prejudices. Yes, he did consume white powder between May 2021 and January 2022.
