King Saud Medical City has provided some tips to ensure a healthy sleep for male and female students with the start of the new academic year.
The city explained that these tips include waking up the child early before eight, avoiding energy drinks and caffeinated drinks, as well as staying away from television screens and smart devices at least two hours before bed.
And she warned against exposure to high temperatures and taking care to prevent them by drinking enough fluids, to avoid heat stress, heat stroke, skin rashes, sunburn and heat cramps.
