A recent study conducted by researchers at the University of California, California, “UCLA Health” Center, revealed that nearly 30% of those recovering from infection suffer from “long-term” symptoms of corona.
The results of the study, published in the “General Internal Medicine” medical journal, showed that these symptoms persist in people with diabetes, while obese people are more susceptible to this condition.
The researchers concluded these results, after analyzing the medical data of 1038 patients between April 2020 and February 2021, as symptoms were fatigue by 31% and shortness of breath by 15%.
