Professor of Carcinology, Dr. Fahd Al-Khudairi, confirmed that many studies have proven that there are a number of foods and drinks that purify the body of toxins.
Al-Khudairi explained that these foods also strengthen the body’s immunity against weather changes, and repair damage.
He added, from these foods, lemon, orange, onion, garlic, honey, black bean, leaves, ginger, cinnamon and tea, especially green tea, with lemon, honey and mint.
