The release date of ‘Arc Raiders’, a co-op TPS developed by Embark Studio and scheduled to be serviced by Nexon, has been delayed from 2022 to 2023.
‘Arc Raiders’ is a new game being developed by Embark Studios, a Swedish developer that has been incorporated as a developer under Nexon. As a member of the Resistance Raiders fighting against the slaughter of the ARC, an alien machine corps invading Earth, the player must form a squad with his comrades to defeat the Earth-attacking machine corps and defend their hometown of Earth.
The detailed reason for Embarc Studio’s change of the release schedule is unknown. However, Embarc Studio announced the postponement of the release schedule through SNS, explaining the reason, saying, “We have made this decision to maximize the potential of the game.” In fact, it is interpreted as a measure to improve the overall quality of the game.
The detailed release schedule of ‘Arc Raiders’ has not yet been revealed. Scheduled for release in 2023, it will be released on Steam and Epic Games stores, as well as PS5, XSX|S, and GeForce Now.
