The transfer of the Russian was canceled due to the fact that the Dadonov agreement contains a clause in which there are restrictions on the exchange. Dadonov had to provide the club with a list of 10 teams to which he could not be exchanged.
“The deal cannot be done because Dadonov’s contract includes a limited no-trade clause that was not met,” the statement said.
This season, the NHL Dadonov took part in 62 meetings, in which he managed to score 15 goals and make 12 assists.
