The testimony of the victim’s wife and the perpetrator’s daughter, a mother of two, about the 64-year-old who killed his son-in-law outside the garage of his house and then ended his life in Nice is shocking.

“I thought that since me, my husband and our little boy (we had one at the time) were being threatened, of course we wouldn’t take the law into our own hands, because we’re supposed to be in a civilized state. So, we went to the police station and they told us that a complaint should be made to the public prosecutor’s office in Thessaloniki, because that’s where he lives.
One day before, he was telling us that if my mother doesn’t come home, blood will be spilled in our house. Dated July 16, 2020, in a home where there was a 10-month-old baby. There was no respect.
We reported to the authorities that he said he had the Holy Spirit and we should listen to him, that he wrote poetry and other things. He was a different person”, he pointed out, speaking today (03/04) to ALPHA.
“He threatened us, he was arrogant and he felt that no one liked him. He was violent, ready to grab us all, had a fury of pursuit. He thought everyone was trying to separate him from the child. One Monday, they happily took me from the clinic and told me that he had been discharged,” he later revealed.
“What else could I do? Getting thumbs up for me and my husband? Should I take the law into my own hands?’
“If you consider that the state protected me and that this man was fine, then let’s say “OK” and close it. My husband was killed, he was murdered in front of my children,” added the daughter of the attacker and the victim’s wife, appealing for testimonies that prove the perpetrator’s abusive behavior.
A cold-blooded murder and at the same time a premeditated crime seems to have been committed on Friday morning (1/3) in Nicewhere a 39-year-old man was shot dead by his 64-year-old father-in-law, who then committed suicide.
Testimonies say the perpetrator was in the area about a week before the murder, as they had seen his car driving around the neighborhood.
According to what the perpetrator’s wife said, the 64-year-old used to make photos of his bride and his siblings through photoshop. It is recalled that it was reported that the 64-year-old who killed his son-in-law was abusing his wife.
The 64-year-old held the 39-year-old responsible for his separation from his wife. She was waiting for him to come out of the garage of his house and as soon as she saw him she got out of the car, shot him twice, then pointed the barrel at his head and ended his life.
In fact, as revealed by speaking to Mega, the president of the Union of Police Employees of SE Attica, George Kalliakmanis, “A note was found inside the car saying that he was leaving the car and everything inside to his sister’s son-in-law”. The police speculate that as long as the 64-year-old was in Athens, he slept in the vehicle.
“If you did something to him, he wouldn’t let it go…he would protect you”
The 64-year-old’s ex-wife spoke to the Mega camera describing his profile. She says he has always been abusive, manipulative and vindictive.
“I mean, if you did something to him, he wouldn’t let it go, he would save it for the right moment,” he says characteristically. In fact, according to her and her daughter, the 64-year-old abused them and treated them in a derogatory manner.
4 years ago, his ex-wife found the strength to divorce him to come to Athens from Thessaloniki and put an end to the nightmare he was living. Then a new torture began. The perpetrator, who considered his son-in-law and daughter to be responsible for the divorce, started threatening them that there would be bloodshed in the family.
“He never blamed himself, that because of him me and my child left the house, he blamed everyone else and more so my children and my son-in-law, that they forced me to leave from the house” says the ex-wife of the perpetrator.
An alarm was sounded in EL.AS early Friday morning (1/3) at Nicewhere a new family tragedy occurred, with two victims.
Reports say a 64-year-old man shot and killed his 39-year-old son-in-law and then killed himself.
Alexandra Tsoukia, daughter of the perpetrator and wife of the victim, spoke on the LIVE NEWS show.
“The only thing I want to mention is that the man who murdered my husband today and destroyed us, threatened us and we had filed a complaint against him at the Thessaloniki Prosecutor’s Office. They had taken him to the psychiatric center and while we had given statements about how abusive he was, they called us from the psychiatric hospital and told us that he has no problem and will be discharged. Does anyone have a problem with this man who destroyed our family? From whom should I ask for responsibility who was walking around free? We also told the police. I don’t know who let this man out. It’s the only reason I came out. Who do I hold accountable? I was hit by shrapnel. If my son was together what would happen? Because someone signed that this man is fine? And they called me. My husband was 39 years old and a very good man,” she said, shocked by what happened to her family.
Tragedy in Nice: The shocking revelations about the murderous ambush of the father-in-law on his son-in-law
The family tragedy began to unfold at 08:32, when a woman called the Police, it is not yet known if she is in any way related to the two men.
The woman cried out for help as she described the horrific crime that took place on Kyzikou Street in Nice. A 64-year-old man had fatally shot his 39-year-old son-in-law.
The images that developed are chilling, when the police forces and ambulances rushed to the scene, the dead bodies of the 64-year-old perpetrator and the 39-year-old victim were lying on Kyzikou street. The heartbreaking moments…and the reasons still unanswered. The victim’s father-in-law had left two children fatherless, in a “crime” that, according to the first information, was premeditated.
An eyewitness describes frame by frame the moment of the assassination in Nice and what tragically took place. “I saw a man wearing a cap holding a rifle and I heard a second shot. After the second shot the screaming stopped. The screams were from the victim. I hear the victim’s wife from the balcony shouting: “Stelio come in, come in” and “help”. And he continues: “I see the killer go up a little bit and come back again, look towards the victim’s house and I hear a third shot. After that I lose him.
Apparently it was the shot that killed himself and fell. While I was with the victim’s wife was describing the events to the police and the worst she said is that the victim got out of the car to take his child to the nursery, the child was on the balcony, saw the scene and shouted “mom – mom one bad guy killed our dad”.
According to the first information, the 64-year-old perpetrator had separated from his wife, considering that she had found refuge in the house of his son-in-law and his daughter in Nice. Thus, he came down from Thessaloniki determined to execute his son-in-law, to take revenge on him, thinking that the couple was “hiding” his wife from him.
The tragic irony is that Mr perpetrator believed that the couple was responsible for his divorce.

No one expected that on Friday morning in Nice, the street would be painted red with the blood of an unfortunate father.
It all started with the 64-year-old coming down from Thessaloniki determined to “finish” his son-in-law with a carbine…. he wanted to kill him in cold blood in the middle of the road.
And so it happened, eyewitnesses describe that the gunman and perpetrator first spoke to the unfortunate 39-year-old and then coldly marked him and executed him without mercy….
