Nikita Mirzani sat with the Serang City Police and held a press conference regarding the siege of his house which occurred on Wednesday (15/6/2022) early in the morning. The meeting between Nikita Mirzani and the police took place in the Public Relations room of the Serang City Police at 19.00 WIB last night.
In his statement, the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Kombes Police Shinto Silitonga revealed that the police appreciates Nikita Mirzani considered cooperative. This is because Nikita Mirzani wants to come to the Serang City Police to undergo an examination.
“We are very grateful to NM who cooperatively came to the Serang City Police and gave information to investigators,” Shinto said in an official release issued by the Banten Regional Police Bidhumas.
Shinto added that Nikita Mirzani was being questioned tonight as a witness in the ITE Law case. Previously, Nikita Mirzani had been reported by Dito Mahendra, whose name was mentioned in the live broadcast of Nikita’s Instagram which was excited today.
“We emphasize that NM is a witness and NM has been informed in detail about the case that was reported against NM,” he added.
Investigators have also provided accommodation for the complainant and the reporter in this case. The police also confirmed that the reporter was DM alias Dito Mahendra.
“The context itself is related to the report made by the reporter, namely DM in accordance with the police report on the ITE Law where the object in reporting is the content on NM’s Instagram Story, so investigators must accommodate both the complainant and the reported party. The witness has also been carried out. So we are very happy that the reported party has explained the content and the contents of the content have also been informed by NM to the investigators, “said Shinto.
Nikita Mirzani, who finally visited the police, admitted that he received good service from the officers. He also said that he came to find out more about the report addressed to him.
The Serang City Police also received appreciation from Nikita Mirzani’s attorney. Then Nikita’s attorney also explained that the siege that occurred this morning was a misunderstanding.
“What happened this morning was purely a misunderstanding, there were no problems, so we responded to the summons from the investigator for NM to be examined. Alhamdulillah, it is extraordinary that the investigators gave us the opportunity to explain what was actually in NM’s posts. We thank you Thank you to the Serang City Police investigators,” he said.
“I, as an Indonesian citizen, also want to know what reports were suspected of me, until it finally happened like this and I finally found out. I just want to say thank you, it turns out that I have been treated very well here,” concluded Nikita Mirzani.
