The 13-year-old was robbed by around ten youths when he thought he was meeting a girl his age in the Pissevin district of Nîmes.

The young boy was hoping to set up a date with a girl his age he had met on the Internet. The girl had arranged to meet him in the evening near the famous Pissevin district. When he arrived at the location, the girl he had hoped to meet was not there. He was greeted by about ten young people who robbed him. In particular, his mobile phone and personal belongings were stolen.
Two young people, whom he managed to identify, were arrested a few moments later. They were then released at the end of their police custody pending further investigation.
