The measure of force responds to the lack of agreement in the national parities.
The UTA seeks “equal remuneration for equal work” for all the services provided in the different regions of the country, while the Argentine Association of Automotive Transport Entrepreneurs (Aaeta) demands an increase in the subsidies it receives from the Nation to face the salary increase.
“The measure of force is pushed by those who have the responsibility of solving the serious crisis that transport is going through,” the UTA had indicated in a document in recent days.
