It took two long years to finally discover Following Ginny & Georgia on Netflix. Since January 5, aficionados of the drama series can watch this new burst of episodes which resumes after past events in season 1. As a reminder, Georgia found love again in the arms of Paul Randolph, the mayor of Wellsbury, to whom she is engaged. But his happiness is short-lived as Detective Cordova reveals everything he knows about Georgia to his daughter, Ginny. She discovers that her stepfather Kenny did not die of natural causes. Worse still, it was his mother Georgia who was responsible for his death. Faced with this revelation, the teenager chooses to flee in the finale of season 1. Barely landed on Netflix, season 2 of Ginny & Georgia quickly entered the Top 10 most viewed series and continues to top the charts as of this writing. But despite this dazzling success, season 3 of Ginny & Georgia has not yet been confirmed, or even announced.

As fans wait to find out if Ginny & Georgiadont the actors are older than their characters, will be renewed for a new season, showrunner Sarah Lampert has indicated that there have been no discussions with Netflix about a season 3. “They are very strict about how they do thingsshe told the American site Deadline. Basically, the strategy is that we throw out season 2, and then, we have to wait to see how it goes, and whether or not there will be a season 3. But I really hope we make it, ’cause it’s gonna be a wild ride.” The creator of the series is not the only one to hope for the renewal of Ginny & Georgia. Damian Romeo, who plays Matt Press, said he would be up for new episodes. “I love the producers, the crew, everyone we tour with. We’re a big family, so of course if they invite me back for a third season, I’ll be there..”

What to expect for season 3 of Ginny & Georgia ?
If, for the moment, Netflix has not confirmed the development of an additional season of Ginny & Georgiathat didn’t stop showrunners Sarah Lampert and Debra J.
