The fact that Vincent Kriechmayr once once more won a downhill race at the end of the season is a ray of hope at the end of a World Cup winter in which the ÖSV Alpine skiers were often overshadowed. In today’s Super-G it’s up to Cornelia Hütter to use the last chance to win a discipline classification. If that doesn’t succeed, Austria will remain without a crystal ball, as in the previous season.
