According to the changelog, Microsoft Paint version 11.2304.30.0 had the following changes made:

Dark mode support: The Paint app now follows the Windows 11 theme preferences. However, you can choose light or dark mode in the app settings to not follow the theme adopted by the operating system. Improved Zoom Controls: You can now adjust the zoom level more precisely. You can adjust with the classic presets, with the slider or the pinch-to-zoom gesture on touchscreens (touch). Another zoom-related improvement is the “Fit to Window” option.

Previously, Paint gained a new dialog box with a redesign. Additionally, Microsoft has implemented an improvement to keyboard shortcuts and access keys to improve accessibility.
