The developers of CapFrameX, a game performance analysis tool, have tweeted that Nvidia is rumored to be working on a driver that will be optimized by artificial intelligence. AI must optimize “instructions, throughput, hardware usage, multithreading, settings, etc.” In this case, productivity can increase by an average of 10%, and at best up to 30%. If the rumors are true, CapFrameX developers say, the new drivers will be a real “success”. The release should take place in the 1st quarter of this year.

According to Videocardz, AMD is working on a similar technology called HYPR-RX. It is not yet known which video cards will support this driver and whether the rumor is true at all.
