Changaramkulam police said that a case has been registered against him under the Poxo Act.

The tragic incident took place a year ago. He called the student’s house at Changaramkulam station and introduced himself as the teacher of the school where the child was studying. Following this, on the instructions of Malappuram district police chief S Sujithdas, an investigation was conducted with the help of a cyber dome led by a cyber SI. It was then discovered that the student had been called using an internet call. The accused was also identified. Police also issued a lookout notice against the accused who was abroad.
