Brent crude futures rose in early Asian trading on Friday, reversing losses incurred in the previous session.
By 0213 GMT, Brent crude futures rose 29 cents, equivalent to 0.4 percent, to $81.71, following falling 0.7 percent at settlement in the previous session.

US West Texas Intermediate crude fell 38 cents, or 0.5 percent, to $76.72, compared to Wednesday’s close. There was no settlement for US crude yesterday, Thursday, because it was an official holiday in the United States.
Both crude oil prices are heading for their first weekly rise in five weeks.
