Open, Devoteam, Econocom or even Orange Business Services… Alongside its champions like Capgemini, Atos and Sopra Steria, France has no shortage of mid-sized players in the very varied field of IT and digital services. But one of them, the Onepoint group led by its founder David Layani, stands out for its ambitions.

New coup, the company which has just crossed the threshold of 500 million euros in annual turnover, notably through external growth, indicates that it holds 9.9% of the capital of Atos and wants to play a role in his rescue. A year ago, it had already attempted to partially buy the group in difficulty, previously listed on the CAC 40.
