Carlos Fuentealba he was a teacher of chemistry, physics and mathematics. He was 41 years old and taught at CPEM No. 69 in the Cuenca XV neighborhood, in the capital Neuquén. In 2007, in the context of a teacher protest, he was assassinated on Route 22.

The second reviews the trial known as «Fuentealba I» in which he was sentenced to life imprisonment Darío Poblete because it was shown that he was the one who fired his gas pistol at the Fiat 147 in which Fuentealba was trying to escape the repression.
