Opinion of 09.28.23 on the draft National Health Strategy 2023-2033 (version of 07.10.23)

In response to the ministerial referral of the National Health Conference (CNS) “for contribution” by Professor Jérôme SALOMONDirector General of Health and by M. Pierre PRIBILESecretary General of the Ministries responsible for social affairs, on 19.01.23 (see the letter annexed to the opinion), on the draft National Health Strategy (transmitted on July 12)thanks to the 38 contributions received, the plenary assembly, after debates, on 13.09. mandated the Standing Committee to continue debating and adopting the draft opinion.

The latest amendments were discussed in the Standing Committee (CP) on 22.09.

The opinion, distributed to the members of the CP from September 25 to 28, was adopted on September 28. by 14 votes “for”. There was one abstention and 3 members did not participate in the vote.
