DA graduate in finance and accounting from ISCAE, Hafssa Mouhyi joined Lydec in 2012 as Deputy Management Control Director, before being appointed Management Control Director a year later. For 11 years in this department, she played an essential role in achieving the company’s financial objectives and managing performance.
During these years, Hafssa Mouhyi led projects aimed at optimizing Lydec’s economic performance, in addition to playing an active role in managing the economic issues linked to the contractual review. As a leader, she reorganized Lydec’s management control sector, thus strengthening the effectiveness of the network of management controllers.
Before joining Lydec, she accumulated 9 years of experience within the audit and consulting firm “Ernst & Young” as a senior manager supervising audit and consulting missions for a portfolio of large companies in multi-service and industrial sectors.
