He admitted it himself in 2009 in an interview with L’Express, it was indirectly thanks to Michael Jordan that he discovered rap. A fan of rock groups in his youth, Aurélien Cotentin, alias OrelSan, got a taste for this musical genre thanks to the mixtapes of His Airness. The sounds that accompanied them then introduced him to this universe, of which he stands today as one of the greatest French representatives.

The Caen rapper therefore owes a lot to MJ, and could have sought to “return the favor” by inserting his name into several of his sounds. However, only one of his punchlines concerns the legend of the Bulls.
