As part of the vaccination of residents with the 2nd booster dose against covid 19, the prefect and the departmental director of the Ooccitanie regional health agency went to the EHPAD – residence du lac – in Orleix .
Marjorie Perco, director of the establishment welcomed the prefect who was accompanied by the director of cabinet Sophie Pauzat, by Cédric Marques, in charge of communication as well as by Manon Mordelet, director of the ARS of the Hautes-Pyrénées, the municipality of Orleix being represented by Michelle Riquelme. It was in front of all these personalities that Mr. Yurrebaso Francisco, 95, at the residence since mid-June received his 4th dose of vaccine administered by Sandra Castellon, nurse coordinator.
Faced with this epidemic rebound, the prefecture and the management of the ARS have thus launched a preventive and mobilization campaign by strongly recommending the 2nd dose booster for residents of nursing homes in particular and also for people over the age of 60.
