Around 1:30 pm on the 30th, at the construction site of an apartment building in Nosato, Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka, a fire department was notified that a heavy machine had fallen and a passer-by woman was injured.
According to the police and fire department, a heavy machine with a drill at the end of the arm protruded onto the road outside the construction site and fell, and a woman in her 70s who was walking nearby fell and injured her head.
The woman was taken to the hospital, where she was conscious when she was transported, and is still receiving treatment.
