Osstem Implant announced today (the 1st) that it will be delisted from the KOSDAQ market on the 14th.
Previously, on June 28, Osstem Implant voluntarily applied for delisting from the Korea Exchange through a resolution at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
Accordingly, the exchange approved the delisting following a deliberation by the Corporate Review Committee on the same day.
Clearance trading period before delisting is from the 3rd to the 11th.
Dentistry Investments, a consortium of private equity fund MBK Partners and Unison Capital Korea (UCK), has taken a tender offer on Osstem Implant’s shares since the beginning of this year and has been pushing for voluntary delisting.
