STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION Otter Tail Power Company Case No. PU-23-66 Advance Prudence – Astoria Fuel Inventory System Application NOTICE OF HEARING A Hearing on the application in Case No. PU-23-66 is scheduled for December 12, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. Central Time in the Commission Hearing Room on the 12th Floor of the State Capitol, 600 East Boulevard Ave, Bismarck, ND 58505. On February 8, 2023, Otter Tail Power Company (OTP) filed an application for an advanced determination of prudence for the development, ownership and operation of an onsite fuel inventory system at its Astoria Station. Astoria Station is a 250 MW natural gas fired combustion turbine generator. The issue to be considered in this proceeding is whether OTP should be granted an advanced determination that its proposed resource addition is prudent.
