October arrived and many beneficiaries of the Solidarity Income are waiting for when the next deposit scheduled for this month will be made, according to the schedule established by the Department of Social Prosperity and the National Government of Colombia. For now, it is important that Colombians know if they are part of this subsidy and how they will be able to collect it in a banked and non-banked way.

How to consult the payment of the Solidarity Income via Sisbén?
In order to check if you are a beneficiary of the Solidarity Income You must be registered in SISBÉN, which together with the National Planning Department (DNP) created updated information on households that need support. This is the first filter to identify the most vulnerable families that can receive this subsidy from the State.

According to the updated calendar, the next Solidarity Income delivery dates are:
- Fifth payment: second week of September (corresponds to the payment of September and October)
- Sixth payment: second week of November (it is the last draft that covers the months of November and December).
However, Social Prosperity has just announced that Next Monday, September 26, the transfer corresponding to cycles 30 and 31 will be available –these are the September and October payments– of Solidarity Income.
How do I know if I am a beneficiary of Solidarity Income?
To verify if you are a beneficiary of the program, you must register on the program page. Here we tell you how to do it:
- Enter ingresosolidario.prosperidadsocial.gov.co
- Click the SIGN UP button located at the top right of the page.
- In the Citizen Digital Authentication service, log in with your ID number if you are already registered or go to REGISTER HERE.
- In the TYPE OF ACCESS, select REGISTRATION WITH IDENTITY DOCUMENT and continue with the process.
- Once you are registered, go back to the program page and log in (steps 1, 2 and 3).
- Upon entering the system, a window will appear with the information of the registered user. Check the data and close the window.
- Click on the CONSULT DRAFT AND BENEFICIARIES button. Finally, a window will appear with the information related to your household (if you are a beneficiary, state of the household, etc.).
Solidarity Income List
To find out if you are a beneficiary of Solidarity Income on Colombian soil, the first thing you have to do is register on the website of the Department of Social Prosperity (ingresosolidario.prosperidadsocial.gov.co). At the top, you will find a button to check your status in the program with your ID number.
Then, a window will appear and you will have to enter the type and number of the document, first name and last name, and date of issue of the document. It will immediately appear if you are one of the beneficiaries. If it appears to you that you will receive the amount, your money will be deposited into your bank account or by SuperGiros.
How to collect the Solidarity Income for SuperGIROS?
If you are not banked, you can find out about the claim for the Solidarity Income amount through SuperGIROS, you will have to enter the official website: www.supergiros.com.co. There they should check if they are registered and if they are enabled to withdraw the payment. After completing this step, each user, with their ID in hand (original), must go to the collection point and will be asked to carry out the respective verification by placing their fingerprint on the corresponding reader.
Until when to collect the Solidarity Income?
Since last Monday, September 26, the Solidarity Income transfer corresponding to the cycles has been paid 30 and 31, which are the payments for September and October. The deposit is destined for more than 3.5 million beneficiaries, but it will only be delivered until October 11.
