Linz – Another young person who is said to have played a key role in the Halloween riots in Linz was sentenced to ten months in prison, one of them unconditionally, and probation on Monday. The public prosecutor had accused him of serious communal violence and serious bodily harm. The now 17-year-old made a comprehensive confession after initial denials. The judgment is final.
