The sound of brass will take center stage at the open air concert given by the Brasstache band on Saturday 9th March at 7pm. on the pedestrian street of Riga Feraios at the height of Gerokostopoulou.
It is a band of 8 people with a common passion for music. A group of musicians from the Lechaino Philharmonic who decided to play because they love music and over time their venture developed professionally. For a long time they played… unofficially in many regions of Greece, but from the beginning of this year, their name was made official and Brasstache was formed. Everyone in the band has worked with love and passion to get this far and this is just the beginning. All the children are graduates in their musical instruments.
The members of the band are: Kanavos Konstantinos (band leader), Vassilopoulos Dionysios (tumba), Vasilakopoulos Giorgos (trombone), Poulis Antonis (trombone), Grivas Thodoris (saxophone), Grigoris Vlassopoulos (trumpet), Kalaritis Ephraim (percussion), Antonaros Manos (percussion).
The concert is organized by KEDIP-Carnival of Patras and is included in the program of events of the Patronus Carnival 2024.
