The presidents of France and Ukraine, Emmanuel Macron and Volodymyr Zelensky respectively, will sign a security agreement between their two countries tomorrow Friday at the Elysee Palace, the French presidency announced today.

This is the third visit of the Ukrainian president to Paris since the start of the war, after those in February and May 2023.

“Following their meeting in Jordan in December, the two heads of state will discuss the urgent need for a cease-fire in Gaza, which will finally ensure the protection of civilians and the massive influx of humanitarian aid into the area,” the presidency added and concludes that the two leaders will still hold talks on ways to achieve lasting peace in the Middle East.
