Paul McCartney with his athletic moves proves that age is just a number

octogenarian superstar Paul McCartney shared a picture on social media of himself standing on his head in motion while practicing yoga.

Sir McCartney captioned the photo: “Head standing is the moment I flaunt when I’m in the gym… A yoga teacher once told me that this movement keeps me young.”
McCartney used a yoga mat in his sport, and his dog, an English Sheepdog, could be seen sitting on the mat, seemingly unimpressed by his teacher’s athletic achievements.
McCartney wore sportswear of a white shirt and black shorts to do his hobby to the best of his ability.
