Chris Rock’s mother opened up about the slap Will Smith gave to her son Chris Rock during the last Oscars ceremony. Rose Rock has indeed confided that she also felt slapped by the actor in a symbolic way that evening. Speaking to WIS News, Rose Rock opened up about the incident, saying, “I told someone when Will hit Chris that he hit all of us, but mostly he hit me. me. When you hurt my child, you hurt me too.”
Asked what she would say to Will Smith if she could address him directly, Rose replied, “I don’t know, other than ‘What were you thinking?
