A Thai man has filmed himself putting his penis in a nest of red ants in hopes the painful stings will help him enlarge.

Thai netizens believe the man intentionally exposed himself to ant bites in an attempt to enlarge his penis.
Others have speculated that ant stings may provide homeopathic relief or cure for erectile dysfunction.

The Sanook newspaper spoke to Doctor Sorranai Onwan, who works for a beauty clinic in the province of Chiang Mai, in the north of the country, about these videos.
