The Eurofun company in Obertrum collected around 30 Christmas packages for three to 13-year-old children and handed them over to the Salzburg-surroundings district administration. This took over the distribution to needy families. The value of Christmas presents was tripled. The company was able to donate an additional 2,700 euros to the “Children have a Future” association.
For the fifth year in a row, the drugstore market has enabled homeless people to experience a bit of normality during the Christmas season. Clients at the Caritas Haus Elisabeth day center in the city of Salzburg were also able to forget their worries for a few hours and enjoy a Christmas dinner in a festive atmosphere.
