The problems, delays and failures in the Metro Collective Transport Service (STCM) persist day by day and on the morning of this Thursday, July 20, users faced a “battle” to reach their destinations on Line 8, Line 3 and Line A.

According to the passenger report, there were problems in transfers, saturation of platforms and wagons, long waiting times between stations and slow progress of trains, which caused the inconvenience of users.

Line 3 accumulated the greatest number of complaints, since from La Raza station the platforms and trains were completely exceeded, which made it impossible to board at most stations.

“Can you tell us why Line 3 is slow, and right at the Guerrero station it has us detained in the transfer?” Asked one of the users on social networks.

In Line 8 of the Metro there were also failures that caused a maximum influx in the Constitución station that forced the dosage of the platforms, in addition to an evacuation of a train in Apatlaco and long waiting times in the different stations.

As for Line A of the Metro, the accesses to the platforms at the La Paz station were closed. In addition, it has been detained at the stations from Pantitlán for times of more than fifteen minutes.
